Mary Jane Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her son Robert; and her parents, Josephine Serra and Pasquale Serra. She is survived by: her son Jaime Mangiafico (Kelly Mangiafico); her grandchildren, Paige, Tristain and Catalina Mangiafico; her stepgrandchildren, Samantha and Gavin Johnson; her great grandchild Luna Mae Calderon; her siblings, Antoinette (Steve Giannini), Pat (Judy Serra), Linda (Sam Mangiafico) and Michael (Colette Serra); and her friends, Sebastian Mangiafico (Bob) and Marie Schreiber.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shaker-Hill Funeral Home (764 Farmington Ave, New Britain, CT 06053). A prayer will be held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Cemetery (1141 Stanley St, New Britain, CT 06051).
