She is survived by: her daughter Myrtle Akerson (Hughes); her husband Norman; her children, Gary (Tianna Olmstead), Roger (Kathy Olmstead), Danny (Sharon Olmstead), Trudy (Ralph Ciccio) and Steven Olmstead (Chris Nelson); her sisters, Maxine Cote of Palm Harbor and Natalie Riggs of Anderson; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Akerson of Stockholm, Norma Akerson of Woodland and Belton McCarley of Wolcott, CT..
