It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marie Hochstadt of Bristol, Connecticut, born in Thomaston, Connecticut, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Hochstadt; her parents, Albert Newsome and Sadie Newsome; her daughter Susan Munn; and her sister Irene Munson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Biernat (Bill) of Plant City, FL and Sally Provenzano (Frank) of Bristol; her grandchildren, Scott Biernat, Michael Biernat, Tony Provenzano, Nikki Lewandowski and Melanie Wood; and her niece Beverly Violette. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
