She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert O'Toole and Elizabeth O'Toole (Hansen); her grandson Leo Ray Banks; her siblings, Leo O'Toole (Theresa) and Dorothy O'Keefe (Jack); and her close friend Sophie Black.
She is survived by: her children, Val, Valerie Accetura of Berlin and Richard Accetura (Susan) of North Granby; her grandsons, Jack, James and Joseph Accetura; her friend Kevin Mozdy of Waterbury; and also Leo. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
