She was predeceased by: her husband David Patrick Cullina; her parents, William H. Heath and Dorothy M. Heath (Leonard); her son David T. Cullina; her sisters, Vivian Bystrak and Carol Houlihan; and her friend Henry Barcikowski.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Cullina and Ann Marie; her son-in-law Gerald Wojsnarowicz; her daughter MaryBeth; her son-in-law Michael Hammond; her brother Dennis; her sister-in-law Judy Heath; her grandchildren, Scott Wojsnarowicz, Lauren Wojsnarowicz Casey, Senior Airman Shaun Casey, Sarah Hammond, Julia Hammond and John Patrick Cullina; her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Jackson Wojsnarowicz; and also, Margaret Pritchard (Peggy), Linda LaMadeleine, Lynn Callnan and Ann Marie Wojsnarowicz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
