He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Doris Charest (Ruel); his parents, Lucien Charest and Annette Charest (Robillard); and his children, Bruce Charest (Theresa, Chrissy Bishop) and Debra Ortiz (Rafael). He was also cherished by sixteen grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
