She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Kopsak and Alice Kopsak (Chomko). She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Smith of Cumming, Georgia; her brother Joseph J. Kopsak (Lynn) of Glastonbury; her grandchildren, Kaden and Kamryn Smith of Cumming, Georgia; and her nieces and nephews, Joseph R. Kopsak of Tampa, Florida, Stephanie Bartos (Brian) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, Andrea Przychodzen (Conrad) of East Hampton and Brooke.
