We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2022, at the age of 97, Lillian G. Eckstrom (Bristol, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gorton and Violet Gorton; her husband Robert E. Eckstrom; her granddaughter Emily May Eckstrom; her siblings, Robert Gorton and Verna Mitchell; and her close friend William Donovan.
She is survived by: her children, Robert R. Eckstrom, Sandra Bland (Eckstrom), Kendall E. Eckstrom, Joanna Eckstrom of Wilton, NH, Sandy, Jim Bland of San Jose, CA and Ken Eckstrom (Kate Pierotti) of Chatham, NY; her grandchildren, Britt Eckstrom Gallant, Ingrid Eckstrom Gedraitis and Kendall 'Woody Eckstrom; her sister Betty Abita of Mineola, FL.; her nephew Donovan; her caregivers, Desiree, Shaymaa, Hilde and Maria; and also Lynn. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
