He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Markure (Kloczko); and his parents, Saul Markure and Mary Ellen Markure (Turner). He is survived by: his sons, Ronald (Linda), Donald (Joan) and Michael (Maureen). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
