He was predeceased by: his father Leo A. Baiz, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Rosa M. Baiz (Muriel); his daughters, Ana Baiz, Angelica, Simone and Emily Baez; and his siblings, Luis, Juan Baiz, Carmen Bauza, Wanda Baiz, Lizzette Baiz and Mary Baiz. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
