He was predeceased by: his father Karl L. Nelson I.. He is survived by: his mother Tina Nelson (Reed); his wife Lynne Nelson (Bouvier); his children, Joshua R. Nelson (Haley) of Bristol, Sara Turcotte (Ben) of Murrells Inlet, SC and Jessica Nelson Gamble (Travis) of Murrells Inlet, SC.; his brothers, Mike Nelson (Cathy) of Pawleys Island, SC and Joe Nelson (Cathy) of Bristol; his grandsons, Harvey and Teddy; and his pet Blue. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
