She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kowalczyk and Josephine Kowalczyk (Federovich); and her half-brother Scott Kowalczyk. She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Kritikos of Fort Wayne, IN and Shelly Jones (Craig) of West Hartford; her grandchildren, Max Kritikos of Avon, Billy Kritikos of Farmington and Amara Kritikos of West Lafayette, IN.; and her siblings, Bill Kowalczyk (Elizabeth) of Middletown and Bonnie Pronovost (Dennis) of Frankfort, NY. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
