He is survived by: his wife Zenona Radek (Pawelec); his children, Grazyna "Grace" Kania (Jesse) of Plainville, Leszek "Les" Radek (Bozena) of Berlin and Mariusz Radek (Toya) of Berlin; his sisters, Elzbieta Cieslak and Krystyna Radek; his grandchildren, John Kania, Magdaline Ackers (Nic), Lucas Radek, Dominic Radek, Julia Radek, Izabella Radek, Anthony Radek, Catherine Radek and Victoria Radek; his great grandchild Gabriella Ackers; and his nieces, Aneta Augustyniak and Wioleta Zajk.
