It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine M. Vernitus of Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Vernitus; her daughters, Heather Logan of Bristol and Dana Dowd (Jeffrey) of Bristol; her sister Sandra Ouellette (Richard) of New Jersey; and her granddaughter Brittany Logan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
