He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Arlene Middleton (David), Paul Theriault, Judy Collins and Jenny Theriault; his grandchildren, Jessica, Tyler Middleton, Joseph, Andrew, Melissa Collins, Elizabeth Theriault, Megan Morin and Morgan O'Keefe; and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Adrienne, Gloriana, Travis, Jaxon, Hudson and Isiah.
