Joseph A. DeSena Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph A. DeSena of Bristol, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2025 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph A. DeSena to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeSena and Rose DeSena (Yacobellis). He is survived by: his wife Eleanore (Bernabucci); his sons, Joseph DeSena (Joanne) of Queen Creek, AZ and Michael DeSena (Erin) of Burlington, CT.; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Katrina, Anthony and Samantha DeSena; and his sisters, Mary Ann Booth and Jean Abbatiello.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home (411 S Main St, New Britain, CT 06051). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic's Church (1050 Flanders Rd, Southington, CT 06489).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the cure for Parkinson's (https://www.parkinson.org, http://www.michaeljfox.org) Joe's gentle heart, warmth, kindness, and dedication to his family and community will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
