He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Cistulli of Bristol and Maureen Cistulli of Clintwood, VA.; his brothers, Thomas, Corey and Patrick; his grandmother Dorothy Cistulli; and his children, Cassandra and Kaci. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
