He was predeceased by: his brother Peter Mullin. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mullin (Tracy); his children, Stephen Mullin (Erin), Kristen Mullin Dionne (Marcel) and Brian Mullin; and his siblings, Matthew Mullin (Kathy) of Ellington, CT and Kathy Buscarello (Marcel) of Golden, CO..
