Joan G. Usala Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 88, Joan G. Usala of Bristol, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Golnik and Louise Golnik (Wagner); her twin-sister Joyce Wild; her son-in-law Bill Bartlett; and her grandson Brian Melanson.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Usala, Jr.; her children, Luann Thompson of Bristol, Darlene Bartlett of Bristol, Karen Usala-Piteo (Josh) of East Hampton and Jay Usala of Oakland, CA; her grandchildren, David Melanson, Christopher Thompson, Kristen Pratt, Corey Thompson, Laurie Harrison, Jason Melanson, Lisa Melanson and Colin Piteo; and her cousin Carol Brunelle. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
