He was predeceased by: his parents, Winthrop Banks and Helen Banks (Clark); and his niece Renee Watkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Dolly, Elizabeth Banks, Robert Banks of Bristol, CT and Jonathan Banks (Lori) of Harwich, MA; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carter and Meadow of South Dennis, MA; his nephew Robert Banks (Kelly) of Dennis, MA; his great-niece Sara Watkins of Brewster, MA; and his great-nephew William Watkins of Inverness, FL.
