He was predeceased by: his parent John Willard. He is survived by: his spouse Betty Hewitt; his parent Susan Ciccio (Ostroski); his sons, Alex Willard and Jordan Willard; and his siblings, Chris Willard (Kristen) of Bristol, Josh Ciccio (Samantha) of Bristol and Marisa Ciccio of Bristol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
