He is survived by: his spouse Regina Mosakowski (Smolinska) of Bristol; his children, Thomas Mosakowski of Bristol and Ursula Lozier of Bristol; his son-in-law Brian Lozier of Bristol; his siblings, Bogdan Mosakowski of New Britain, Tadeusz Mosakowski of Germany and Marianna Sergent of Amston; and his grandchildren, Jeremiah Lozier and Noah Lozier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
