She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Pisarski and Regina Pisarski (Kocherhan); her husband Harrison J. McKinstry III (Mac); and her siblings, Alfred, Reginald, Bruce, Joseph and Beverly Edwards.
She is survived by: her sons, Harrison McKinstry (Kathleen) and Patrick J. McKinstry (Jeri); and her sister-in-law Mary Jane Pisarski. She is also survived by grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Joseph Church or St. Anthony Church.
