It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James V. Steele of Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Steele and Jeannette Steele (Fissette); his wife Barbara Steele (Lavoie); and his siblings, Bobby Steele, Gertrude Dorbuck and Jane Spyros.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Steele (Ana) of Farmington, Tim Steele (Terry) of Farmington and Stacey Hall (Scott) of Bristol; his grandchildren, James Steele, Jacob Hall, Mark Steele, Andrew Steele, Luke Steele and Lexi Hall; and his siblings-in-law, Robert and MaryLou Lavoie of Bristol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
