He was predeceased by: his parents, James Skelskey and Catherine Skelskey (Straus); his wife Arlene; his daughter Susan; and his brother Hugh.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Skelskey, Michael Skelskey, Barbara Barrett, Lorraine Chapin and Paul Skelskey; his grandchildren, Ryan, Aubrey, Emily Skelskey, Christopher, Susan Barrett, Andrew, James, Nicholas Chapin, Amy Kelley and Ian Skelskey; his great grandchildren, Cole Davis, Brynn, Brianna and Kyle Kelley; and his siblings, William Skelskey, Marilyn Rajotte, Linda Faucher and Gregory Skelskey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
