James E. Palmer Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Palmer and Patricia Palmer (Beaucar). He is survived by: his siblings, John Palmer (Carmen) and Janet Sherman (late Herb Sherman); his brother-in-law Richard Palmer-Baraglia; his nephew Irving Sherman (Breeann); his niece Corinne Mastrianno (Steven); his great-nieces, Gabriella and Audriana; his daughter Melissa Frenette; his grandchildren, Morgan and Zoe; and also, Charles Bailey (Rebecca) and Samantha Zaanoun (Yassine).
