He is survived by: his spouse Marithza Faican; his mother Ninfa Ortiz of Ecuador; his daughters, Maria Ochoa (Hendry Farez) of Bristol and Patricia Ochoa (Adam Roche) of Bristol; his siblings, Carmita, Wilson, Galo, Fanny, Geovany, Martha, Diego and Juan Pablo; and his granddaughter Victoria Ochoa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
