He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison McKinstry and Blanche McKinstry (Boyce). He is survived by: his wife Janet McKinstry (Pisarski); his children, Harrison J. McKinstry IV (Kathleen), Patrick McKinstry (Jeri) and Amy Castolene; his sisters, Maureen Gauvin and Kim McKinstry; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Pisarski. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
