He is survived by: his spouse Cynthia Meigs (Suraski); his parent Wilhemina Clifford (Stack); his stepson Jeremy Mel of Danbury; his brother Theodore Meigs of Bristol; his nephew Jeffrey Meigs of Farmington; and his niece Debbie Bibbins of Simsbury.
