She was predeceased by: her husband Henry J. Puskarz; her parents, Charles Owsianko and Julia Owsianko (Pustelniak); her son Charles J. "Chuck" Puskarz; and her brother Frank Owsianko.
She is survived by: her sons, David Puskarz (Kathy) of Bristol and John Puskarz (Izabela) of West Hartford; her daughter-in-law C. J. Puskarz of Bristol; her grandchildren, Cathryn Esten, Colleen Gallagher, Kim Giesing (Todd), Jennifer Skitromo (Kyle), Janine and Alyssa Puskarz; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Gallagher, Chloe and Zachary Giesing. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
