He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Damboise and Cecile Damboise (Bernier); and his brothers, Galen, Bryant and Vernon Damboise.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanne M. Damboise (Grivois); his sons, Shawn Damboise (Andrea), Mark Damboise, Ryan Damboise and Scott Damboise (Abby); his siblings, Irvin, Vincent, Clinton, Paul Damboise, Pauline Harris and Maxine Thibodeau; and his grandchildren, Luke, Abby and Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
