He was predeceased by: his parents, Giovanni Bellantuono and Giovannina Bellantuono (DiPinto); and his siblings, Lucy, Vincent, Anthony and Marie.

He is survived by: his wife Michelina Bellantuono (Mariano); his children, John Bellantuono (Carolyn) of Bristol, Paul Bellantuono (Kristen) of Bristol, Michael Bellantuono (Hope) of Bristol, Joan Pelkey (Peter) of Bristol, Diane Ragali (Timothy) of Southington and Patricia Siemiatkoski of Bristol; his grandchildren, Anthony, Christopher, Gia, Andrew, Daniel, Jenna, Jack, Joshua, Ava and Kaylee; his great grandchildren, Juliana, Parker and Kobe; and his sister Josephine Lanza of Hebron. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
