With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerard J. A. Quintin Sr. of Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on August 27, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Quintin and Clara Quintin (Bruneau); his wife Violet Quintin (Lambert); his son Gerard J. A. Quintin, Jr.; and his siblings, Jeanne Thibault, Leo Gauthier and Helen Theriault.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Bob; his daughter Linda Carpenter (Robert) of Old Saybrook; his daughter-in-law Patricia Quintin; his grandchildren, Anne Quintin (Christopher Andrews), Lauren Carpenter-Martinez (Garrett) of Madison and Michael (Elizabeth Schumacher) of Old Saybrook; and his great grandchildren, Ellie and Dylan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
