He is survived by: his wife Doreen Bouchard (Michaud); his children, Phillip Bouchard (Michael Toczylowski), Paul Bouchard (Tammy) and Kristine Lachance (Mario); and his grandchildren, Megan Bouchard Acuzar, Jesse Lachance and Jake Lachance.
