Murphy (Bristol, Connecticut), born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on November 28, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, William, Robert, Richard, Edmund Murphy and Madeline Kane.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Murphy (Marchand); his children, David Murphy (Pat) of Bristol, Laura Gerritt (Keith) of Williston, VT and Steve Murphy (Cynthia) of Sunapee, NH; his stepchildren, Dayle Wilder (Donald) of Ledyard and Cynthia Turner (Ray) of Waterford; and his grandchildren, Rick Wilder, Lori Shea, Lesley Turner, Dr. Ray Turner and Tricia Mickiewicz. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
