He is survived by: his children, Steven J. Chizmas of Sebring, FL and Mary Ann Thulin of Bristol; his sister Elizabeth D'Attilio of Wolcott; his grandchildren, Tracy Chizmas, Alisa Rose DellaBianca and Anthony DellaBianca; and his great grandchild Teara Rose DellaBianca-Papallo.
