He was predeceased by: his wife Alice W. Churchill (Wimler); his parents, Benjamin Churchill and Stella Churchill (Maroski); his wife Barbara Churchill (Kohl); his children, Gregory Churchill and Kathy Metzger; his stepson William Kapacziewski, Jr.; and his grandsons, Joseph Kapacziewski and Jerry Raymond.

He is survived by: his brother Raymond Churchill; his grandchildren, Erin Bourgoin and Randy Kapacziewski; and his great grandchildren, William, James, Christopher Bourgoin, Cody and Wyatt Kapacziewski.
