He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Neumann (Penkowski); and his parents, Fred Neumann and Anna Neumann (Weigert). He is survived by: his children, Garrett Neumann (Theresa) of Bristol, Scott Neumann (Dawn) of Farmington and Debra Neumann of Bristol; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Kyle Neumann and Shannon Fain. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
