He is survived by: his children, Frederick J. Tough, Jr. (Rebecca) of Middleburg, FL, Michael A. Guzman-Tough (Felix) of Norwalk, CT and Megan A. Ferrari (Adam) of Southington, CT; his brother David Tough of Westerly, RI.; his grandchildren, Kassandra A. Tough, Barbara A., Marian E., Frederick J., Joeseph K. Gronquist-Tough, Madison G. and Owen G. Ferrari; his former wife Donna Tough (Yarnall); his sisters-in-law, Anita Tough and Marybeth Ali; and his friends, Mike and Jan Gagnon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
