He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazmer Slisz and Albertha Slisz; and his son Frank K. Slisz II. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Slisz (Donnelly) of Bristol; his children, Sandra Martin and Dan Slisz of Bristol; and his sister Terri Slisz of New Britain. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
