She was predeceased by: her parents, Damazy Borowy and Anna Borowy; and her siblings, Modest, Henry, Hilar, Helen and Stasia.

She is survived by: her son Andrew S. Czaplicki of Bristol; her grandchildren, Courtney and Evan; and her sisters, Jadwiga and Kryska. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
