He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Evelyn Boling, Paul and Lucille Trelli. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Boling and Tina Boling (Trelli); his sister Megan; his uncle Jay Trelli; his friends, Jeremy, Lori, Joey, Erik and Dean; and his pet Bella.

The family requests to omit flowers and to donate in Eric's name to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023.
