He is survived by: his children, David Harlow of Bristol, Catherine Gale (Leonard) of Plainville, Deborah Couture (Armand) of Bristol and Richard Harlow (Carol) of Bristol; his sister Barbara Sirrine of West Hartford; and his son Michael Harlow (Catherine). He is also survived by children, 9 great-grandchildren.
