She was predeceased by: her husband William E Carpenter; her parents, Jerome and Agnes Greenleaf (MacNaught); her brothers, Alfred, Frederick, Thomas and Jerome Greenleaf; her sisters-in-law, Loretta Greenleaf and Evelyn Greenleaf; and her nephew Thomas Greenleaf.
She is survived by: her children, William (Mary Anne) of Watertown, Robert (Linda) of Old Saybrook and Nancy of Clinton; her sister-in-law Trudy Greenleaf of Bristol; her grandchildren, Megan Carpenter Pabst, Will Carpenter, Michael Carpenter (Elizabeth Schumacher) and Lauren Carpenter Martinez (Garrett Martinez); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor and Dylan Martinez.
