He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma and Calvin; his son Eddie Jr.; and his brothers, James and Felton.
He is survived by: his son Calvin; his brothers, Claude Johnson (Mary) of Bloomfield and Douglas Johnson (Debra) of Powder Springs, Georgia; and his niece Gwynelle (Lewis) of Glen Burnie, Maryland. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
