He is survived by: his wife Carol Duval (Foley); his daughter Cynthia Latko; his son-in-law Steven Skurtowicz of Hebron; his son Michael Duval; his daughter-in-law Allison Duval of Bristol; his siblings, Thomas Duval of Bristol, Clifford Duval (Debbie) of Vermont and Georgine Wilson (Michael) of Vermont; his grandchildren, Eric Latko, Hayleigh Latko (Tommy), Brooke Latko (Nevin), Abby, Nathan and Matthew Duval; and his siblings-in-law, Robert, James Foley of Florida and Patricia Markeveys of Bristol. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
