Kulowski, Jr. (Catherine), Richard Kulowski (Maria), Stephanie Kulowski and Nicholas Kulowski; his grandchildren, Kyle Connolly, Matthew Kulowski, Anthony Kulowski, Andrew Kulowski, Alexander Kulowski, Donald Kulowski, III, Austin Greener, Cheyenne Greener and Nicole Kulowski; and his siblings-in-law, Craig Grimord (Shelly), Lynndel Bartulis (Ken) and Patricia Kulowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
