With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Edwin Slipke (Bristol, Connecticut), who passed away on May 16, 2022 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Miriam Slipke and Edwin Slipke. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Darla Slipke (Justin Hite), Derek Slipke (Marie) and Jenna Slipke (Joe Pistritto); his grandchildren, Casey, Anze, Darby, Luka and Juliana; and his siblings, Pam (Dan David), Mike (Kathy Slipke), Linda (Ron Baumberger), Theresa (Ivan Sarac), Raymond (Bonita Slipke), William (Michelle Slipke) and Alan (Phyllis Slipke). He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews, their spouses and their children.
In lieu of flowers, please do one random act of kindness in David's honor and consider attending an open Alcoholics Anonymous meeting or Al-Anon meeting.
