He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Middleton and Rena Middleton (Nericcio). He is survived by: his children, Jessica and Tyler Middleton; his wife Arlene Middleton (Theriault); his son-in-law Brian Gibbons; his grandchildren, Ayden and Adrienne; his siblings, Andrew Middleton, Robert Middleton (Sandy) and Judith Duquette (James); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Collins, Jenny Theriault and Paul Theriault. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
