With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel H. Melnick Jr. (Bristol, Connecticut), who passed away on February 15, 2018 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Daniel H. Melnick, Sr.; his daughter Helenia Garcia of Olongapo; his daughter-in-law Brenda Boutin; his sister Judy Melnick; and also, Philippines and Jose Incillo.
He is survived by: his parent Grace A. Melnick (Shamper); his sons, Daniel H. Melnick, III and Andre J. Brooks (Brittany); his grandchildren, Patience Ann Marie Boutin, Daniel Joseph Melnick, Avalyn Joy and Gianna Shenia Brooks; his great grandchild Isabella Marie Melnick; his sisters, Diana Krawiec, Lynn Shopey and Terrie Jacklin; and also, Lori Jones and Brian Beckwith.
